House has no hot water and complains of the thermostat being continually cranked up. Wilson has been wandering around the hospital looking like the Michelin Man. Differential diagnosis for cold? The Cottages connive to acquire blood and urine samples. Taub suggests depression, but House warns him to keep it below the board.

That night, House discovers his friend asleep on the floor of his bedroom, injuring his ass and Wilson’s dignity. Wilson has been cold and lonely since Sam left him. House makes a huge sacrifice and invites him to share his bed.

But they’re not cuddling. Of course not.
