This was first piece of House fiction, but it's not House/Wilson - just House and Steve. I posted it to my journal Dec 2007 but I think I wrote it a few months earlier and posted direct to a challenge com which is now defunct.
This I think is the first thing I posted that had House and Wilson both in it but I was into Dark!Wilson at the time so I don't know if you'd call it House/wilson exactly.
This is what I would call my first 'proper' House/Wilson fic.
I don't know the first story I actually posted to House_wilson though, I think it wasn't for a few stories later.
