I loved the contrast between House's words and his actions.
I definitely have a soft spot for caustic! yet caring!House.
And you described Wilson's fever vividly. My skin felt shivery reading it.
I was able to draw on personal experience for the description of how Wilson felt because of the fever. Er, not so much for the other part *blushes*.
