Sleeping pills totally make sense. When my phone vibrates, it's loud and obnoxious and moves on the table. I definitely wouldn't sleep through it.

I also liked Wilson running over things in his mind, and feeling guilty about not helping more. And oh how I wish things actually would be different. But it seems every time we get an epiphany about how House can't continue his downward spiral, he digs himself an even deeper hole. It's so frustrating to watch.
