Very angsty. Not only Wilson's long denial, but his realisation that House is moving away from him and that he is to blame in great measure in that he actively encouraged House to do so while he was with Sam. And then the final scene where House acknowledges their mutual attraction, but doesn't choose Wilson. That is absolutely in character and indispensable to House's character - unlike many Hilson shippers I don't see House deserting Cuddy once he's committed to her, even if he realises that he'd rather be with Wilson. As he tells every other patient, it isn't always easy, and he's the last person to make easy or convenient choices.

If there's one thing I can do without it's a Huddy baby. I just pray that you're wrong, wrong, wrong ....
