What a pleasant surprise! What can I say except that I liked what everyone else liked?
You do Wilson's perspective very well. We usually get to see House's, so it's interesting to compare. House would, of course, see that Wilson tossed him out to hitch up with Sam and is now whining. Wilson sees that now that House has Cuddy, he has slipped completely off House's radar; that's probably a first in their relationship and accordingly hard to stomach. The following line summarises Wilson's take on the situation very well:
“I always take the stairs when I’m not with you,” Wilson retorted [...]. He was getting tired of always being the considerate one in this friendship, if what he and House had could even be dignified with that word in recent months
I enjoyed Wilson's not-so-subtle jealousy of Cuddy (which is definitely there - I totally agree) and House's rather more subtle acknowledgment of Wilson's feelings and his right to be hurt.
