As most of you know, I'm currently writing a ridiculously long House/Wilson amnesia fic set in late S7. I would like to have a scene in which House gives himself a physical exam, looking for clues to his past. If you can think of particular depictions of, or allusions to, experiences that would leave permanent signs on his body or Wilson's (ahem), I'd love to hear about them. So far I've got the infarction/amputation, the scar from the gunshot wound at the end of S2, and Wilson's partial liver donation. Thanks!

How about the finger he broke in detox - could have healed crooked. Or the self-inflicted cuts on his arm in the Tritter arc, they could have left scars. Would there be any sign of his head injury/DBS from the bus? or a scar from the motorcyle crash in Locked In. Do burns leave scars? His hand was badly burnt in 97 seconds (though miraculously healed by the next episode!) I've seen heaps of people put callouses on his palm from the cane use, also guitar players usually have callouses on their finger tips I believe.

You are awesome, thank you. I think he might be able to see the signs of damage to his finger, possibly scars from when he cut himself, almost certainly the head injury if he probed since his skull was cracked. And yes, he'd have fingertip calluses from playing guitar (although when's the last time we've seen him play anything? I miss his music), and some musculoskeletal evidence and probably calluses from the cane use.
