I'm Dreaming of a White House Christmas

Just started rewatching Season 1 of The West Wing. House M.D. is the only show I've seen since that even comes close to the brilliance and pace of its dialogue (and in a totally different way, at that). They also share the single take walk-and-talk thing that I love so much (Josh and Sam are so House and Wilson, at least in this).

Also? Lisa E. is great as the law student/call girl with whom Sam accidentally sleeps ("Did you trip over something?") and then tries to reform. Much as I'm hating the Huddy arc, I really am glad that Shore et al. appreciated her performance enough to bring her onto their show.

Wouldn't a crossover (flashback, presumably) be super fun? (I'm not volunteering, mind. I don't know why I never felt compelled to write fic for WW; possibly I was simply too intimidated.)
