Hee!

How have I never seen any fanfic references to the scene in "Fools for Love" when House tells Wilson that a big romantic weekend in the Poconos could change everything and Wilson infers from his meaningful stare that House was talking about the two of them?

Then again, Wilson asked Cuddy if she wanted to make out in the stairwell the week before. Maybe he's just been feeling really lonely in that sterile little hotel room of his.

Hmmm - weird. But then, many tourist destinations are. In this country we have Knock - there's a big stone there. A holy stone, apparently. Thousands flock there on a regular basis. It's cold and wet and dull - but it has a stone.

I only ever watched the last two eps of season four the one time - and I don't remember 'feeling' the W/Cu comfort scene. Maybe because I was distracted by the whole 'waking Amber up to tell her she's dying' thing. Personally, if it was me, I'd rather they left me in a coma. I actually have this season on DVD - I should watch it again. It has some of my favourite H/W scenes, including the guitar kidnapping and the 'you're sleeping with me' realisation!

BTW - do you have 'upside down' houses in the US? Where the bedrooms are downstairs and the living area upstairs? I ask because it relates to my current fic - which I'm a bit distracted about at the moment.

I'm trying to think if I've ever seen a house here like the one you've described, and I can't say that I have. Public rooms (living, dining) downstairs are pretty standard, although many houses also have one or more ground floor bedrooms (mine does).
